Respray two kitchen cabinet doors

I recently had a new small wall hung ch boiler installed in my kitchen. Need to house in cupboard (it is designed to do so). So I have got hold of two additional kitchen wall unit doors, same style as rest of kitchen, to house it.
My kitchen (not recent) is Magnet Old English style, in White. The new doors (only ones I could get to match) are also Old English style but in Limed Oak. So they need repainting white. I would do them myself but am very busy at present and allso not sure if kitchen unit doors need special paints (eg oil based?). From the appearance of the existing white doors I think they may have originally been spray painted as the wood grain is visible. Is this likely? What kind of paint would have been used?
The kitchen fitter has recommended a colleague ( a professional painter) who could repaint them in Satin White for £200. The doors are 900mm x 400m and there are two. It seems a bit steep to me although the fitter (a 9.9 on Checkatrade) assures me I will get a good job. I only have emailed second hand quote at present so have no more details.
Does this seem reasonable and what sort of finish should I expect, given they are kitchen cabinet doors?.

No its not reasonable at all.
I regularly have cupboards ,windows, doors etc sprayed and you should be looking at no more than £100 for the pair......... You are being taken advantage of I' afraid. I recently made a kitchen which had a spray finish and that was for 15 doors,4 drawers,9 end standards,8metre run of plinth ,light pelmet and cornice and they whole lot cost me £900 fully finished so £200 for a couple of doors is a rip off.
They can match the finish and colour so if your doors have a 10% 20% 30% sheen etc they can match it easily.0 -
My very good painter is £200 a day labour and he can do an entire room with 3 coats including woodwork in that time.
£200 for a couple of doors is a total ripoff. Regardless of quality it isn't a huge job.Thinking critically since 1996....0
