Help!

I have just logged into my Experian credit report and paid £4.95 to update my credit score, as I have cleared all my debt and wanted to check the accounts had been settled, only to find out the score has dropped 41 points since December last year. I have not missed any payments for 17 months so was thinking that it might have gone up a bit.
Then paid an additional £6.95 to view my credit report which is telling me nothing! There have been recent new credit agreement summaries for T-Mobile (I'm with EE) are these the same company? and for another communications supplier, no credit searched though.
Does your credit score go up and down even if you don't miss payments? Does settling accounts make your credit score go down?
Feel like I'm maybe stressing over nothing but worried something is wrong.
Thanks in advance for any help.

As I keep on saying the score is neither here or there, only you see it and no lender can. Sign up for the other reference agencies.

Go make a cup of tea and stop stressing.

You don't need to pay Experian £6.95 to see your credit file.

You can sign up for free with Clearscore and Noddle which enables you to view your credit files with Equifax and Call Credit. You can view your Experian score for free if you have a Barclaycard or obtain your statutory report for just £2

As long as you keep using credit responsibly and don't miss any more payments, your credit history will improve. It just takes time.
