So to be covered under section 75 when paying with credit card does each day need to be over £100 or the total stay? As when you are buying for example a suite for £99 and socks for £6 total bill is £105 nothing is covered on credit card as each invidual items is under £100. Does each night count as individual item?

Section 75 applies where the value exceeds £100, you will be paying your hotel bill in one go, not nightly, so 5 nights at £50 would be fine.0
