Claiming Littlewoods charges back?

Hi,
I was wondering if I can claim £12 Littlewoods late charge fee back at all? In the last year I have paid £96 charges without realising. I always pay at the end of the month, and haven't realised the amount I have had to pay has always included a late charge!!
Is there anyway to claim this back, or is this my fault for not realising the payment date was mid month?
