So I have vitality health insurance, I have a what they call a health fund with £125 in it. I want to spend it on some new sunglasses, it does say you can use the fund for prescription sunglasses.
How would they know if they were actually prescription? Could I just buy a pair of sunglasses from an opticians (don't really need the lenses, and would save a lot) and send the receipt to Vitality to pay me from my health fund?
Has anyone tried this?!

So the question is, if I claim for something that I know I'm not covered for, will I get caught?0
