Faulty Video Entry System

Does anyone recognise this video entry system?

We moved in to a new house about a month ago and the video entry system rings erroneously about once a day (which is really annoying), and the doorbell only works intermittently. There's no branding anywhere on the panel, so I can't find a manual online to try to troubleshoot it.

It's probably just buggy because it's cheap and cheerful - might be better value to just replace it0
