What are you using to send the print request to the printer? After your factory restore, did you then tell the programme (let's say Word) which printer to use? Control panel, devices and printers. Can you see one? If not you might have to install new printer. If you can see it, click on it, make it default, go to print management (will vary depending upon printer manufacturer) and see if you can send a test page.0

There is a yellow query on the printer I can see it but it is not recognized. When trying to add new printer the model is not on the list. Thanks0

If you allowed Windows to find the driver, try downloading the driver from the HP site ... or vice versa.... DaveHappily retired and enjoying my 14th year of leisureI am cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.Bring me sunshine in your smile0 -
Do you have the original disks that came with the printer so you can reinstall it. The yellow exclamation means there is a fault (possibly incorrect or missing driver).0

I have downloaded driver etc
Downloaded it, and then installed it?
If you've done those, goto your yellow icon screen, right click, properties, update driver.
Hopefully your computer will find the newly installed driver, or maybe you can point it in the right direction.0
