Hi All,

need to know what to do next. My partner had a mortgage with Black Horse TSB 11 years ago and wants to apply for a PPI refund. Could someone possibly point out a letter template we can use for this please?

I can see templates for SARS etc but not for the actual claim. I might be missing something so apologies up front.

TIA

Do you mean Lloyds TSB? Many banks have their own version of a PPI questionnaire to print off on their website under complaints, or you could send a simple letter stating you wish to complain about mortgage PPI on a closed account, and they will send you a questionnaire in the post.

There could be a template somewhere on here at MSE, but I haven't seen one, although I think "Which" did one a while ago.

You will need the account number, maybe a copy of the agreement and proof of payments if the bank cannot locate transaction history, and valid reasons why you believe it was mis-sold.
