Thanks everyone for your replies. We were all staying in the same apartment so no separate rooms. If it's dependant on the lead person doing the ground work then I'll just leave it because I don't think she would go out of her way to sort this for me. As some of you have already suggested I'll just need to take the hit for it this time.0
