Underfloor water heating cost

I am planning to change heating type midway house extension. 5 Radiators were included in with extension.
Total sqm area is 45. The builder is quoting extra £1800 to lay underfloor heating for labour. I have to buy materials for this. This needs to be connected to existing central heating system.
Is £1800 reasonable for 45 sqm?
