Switch to First Utility

Is it just me or are First Utility really rubbish at getting someone to switch over to them?

Second attempt at trying this now.....

..... first through MSE Energy Saving Club - EPIC FAIL!

......second attempt through uSwitch - again FAILED!

What do I have to do, to switch supplier?????

What happens each time to cause the failure?

Are you swapping electricity and gas or just one of them?

I'm swapping both, but each time nothing happens...... no communication from First utility and they don't even know about it even though uSwitch confirmed they acknowledged info passed on to them.

Well if both switching companies are passing on the information to FU, and FU is claiming otherwise, you have to ask yourself

1. Are FU trying to get you to swap directly with them so as not to pay out a switching fee?
2. Would you trust FU going forward?
3. Or both of the switching companies are lying but why, as they only stand to gain financially if you swap?
