Click and Collect Argos .. for seller

Our son has started selling a few things through Ebay but he is surprised to see Click and Collect next to some of his listings.
Is this done automatically by Ebay
Personally I thought about it when it first came out, even asking in my local Argos. As they are not a drop off point, it would have been a lot of bother me having to drop the item in their official local collection point.
Has the system changed ?
My son is in for much work if buyers keep asking to use the service. I know he is nowhere near an Argos store and I don't even know whether the nearest one actually accepts parcels.
He normally just posts of items 2nd class

The buyer collects it from their local Argos store. You do not need to drop it off at Argos. When it sells you will get an address of their local Argos store that includes a reference number. You then send it by Royal Mail or courier to the exact address given. The buyer then gets an e-mail when it arrives at the store and they go and collect it. Personally I have found few people use the service.0

I actually get quite a few Argos purchases and most of them are small, large letter sized items which seems a bit odd.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I agree with this, the vast majority of what I sell would go through a standard letter box and is sent normal post as value does not require tracking. i've still had quite a few Argos click and collect purchases though.0
