Pre existing condition on pet insurance

Hi
I have a Petplan covered for life classic policy for my 2 dogs. I claimed successfully last year for one if my dogs to have a benign lump removed from her paw. If I ever moved policy (which I wont be doing for the foreseeable future) would this be counted by another insurer as a pre existing condition? Many thanks for any help provided.

Yes it would be. You might find they try to exclude to exclude all foot conditions. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Any illness is a pre-existing condition, it doesn't matter if you claim or not.0

They would probably exclude any further lumps anywhere on the body or anything that can be linked to that and may also exclude anything to do with that foot.
Exclusions for pre existing conditions are usually wide ranging.0
