Not receiving password reset emails

Can anyone cast any light on why I am not receiving emails from travel lodge and from groupon.
They are both emails that should be sending me links to reset my password.
I've checked my junk/spam.
I noticed the travelodge one never came through a few months ago and in the last week I've not been able to get an email from groupon for days. Odd that they're both password resets.
It's so frustrating as I can't get on groupon to track my order.
My email is ntlworld.
Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

Virgin Media, to which your @ntlworld email account belongs, seems to be having all sorts of issues with their email service. It's been problematic since they left the Gmail platform and set up their own.
Are you looking for these 'missing' emails in an email client on your computer, or have you tried logging into VM's webmail site because they may be stuck there, possibly in VM's spam folder.
