365 day challenge!

Have you got a project that you have always wanted to do or one that has been waiting a while and you just never get round to?

Well, I have an old trailer that I am turning into a spare room (George Clarke style!) and it has already been sitting on my drive a while. So here is my challenge - 365 days to completion.

The Plan

May - All metal work prepped and coated with red oxide
June - New tyres fitted
July - base on and insulated
August - on holiday and there will definitely be no money to spare!
September/October - frame constructed, doors and windows fitted
November/December - roof and clad
Jan/Feb - insulate and electrics
March - inside boarded
April/May - internal layout completed

Want to join me and finally get the job done? Share your own project and swap tips and ask for advice.

Just a thought - aren't you going to end up doing the exterior work in the worst months? I'd imagine bringing the roofing forward might be prudent, for instance?

does it take a month to change 4 tyres? the neighbours are gonna love you for building a room which looks over the fence.

Oh and by the way I hate that stupid program some of the conversions are utterly ridiculous, for instance the milk float with the bed in the back, or the caravan turned into a puffer fish, or the van covered in CDs. Most of them are unroadworthy deathtraps.
