Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I understand £500 must be paid in on the anniversary of the account opening with Santander rather than a calendar month in order to get cashback/interest. Is the anniversary in this instance every 4 weeks?

from the date of you opening the account to the day before the following month,
eg:
