On Wednesday I applied for a capital one credit card as I'm going to use it to book our summer holiday & then pay it off the before the payment due date.
Today, I received my PIN but no card yet. Is it normal to receive the pin before the card?

Absolutely. If cards are sent first, it can alert someone to the fact that a PIN may follow and to intercept it.0

Even if they did send them at the same time, post can take different routes and arrive a bit staggered.0
