Hello all helpful people
I have several complaints I've just started (some) with Lloyds.
Done the initial forms and submitted them.
(I have evidence for all of them)
They just called to ask me to go through a questionnaire with them on the phone to establish more detail so they can resolve quickly. (Currently on holiday so I postponed till I'm home)
Has anyone else gone through this?
What is their agenda- genuine or trying to confuse me into contradicting myself? (Can't seem to trust them anymore )
Just want to be prepared.
Many thanks all

It's just part of their complaint process, just tell the truth.0

They called me too, to get more info on some of the replies on my form. It was resolved pretty soon after that, in my favour.Loving the sunny days!0

It serves two purposes. To fill holes in information and check conflicting information.
Whilst you say you cant seem to trust them anymore, do remember that around half of PPI complaints made, with all sorts of allegations given, do not even have PPI. So, it is equally fair to say some consumers have lied their backsides off. It is a bit unsavoury all round with no-one coming out of it in a good light.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
