Equifax Repayment Conduct Assessment - what is it, who sees it and why is mine poor?

Hi,
I've been checking the three CRA's in advance of applying for a mortgage and other than a couple of small errors on the Callcredit file everything is fine. All credit cards show as no missed payments and the decree (Scottish equivalent of a CCJ) which I got in 2008 is as expected not showing. My borrowing to available credit ratio is low at around 50%.
However on the Equifax report it says that my repayment conduct assessment rating is Poor. Does anyone know why this could be given that I haven't had any repayment issues for 8 years and is this actually worth being concerned about or like the credit 'score' is it simply something Equifax come up with but which lenders don't see?
Thanks

Lenders only see the facts, not the CRAs assessment.
Have you only been making minimum payments (or just above it)?
It's probably correct that doing that reflects badly on you unless you're on a promotional rate. Without seeing your file (a redacted version of it) it is difficult to determine whether they're right or wrong.0
