I accidentally entered more than 5 and got an email to say my entries hadn't been counted. I asked if that meant all of them or just some and got the following reply:-

    Hi Xxxxxx

With thousands of entries every month, I am afraid I do not have time to include any incorrect entries. I just pointed out your error to help you enter correctly in future months.

    Kind regards

    Sarah

Looks like ALL my entries are void :(
