Charging order to company that no longer exists

I would like to sell my house but have an old charging order against the property. I wanted to repay the company what was owed and have the charge removed so it wouldn't put off any buyers, but the company no longer exists. Can anyone tell me if this will prevent me from selling the property and how I would go about removing the charge?

I have cut and paste the relevant section of the land register below so you can see what exactly is there.

Any help with this will be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance

The Bona Vacantia division (BVD) of the Government Legal Department deals with the collection of money owed to a dissolved company under a mortgage, charge or charging order, known here as charges, that is now due to the Crown.

The company that has been redacted by the OP under part 4 no longer exists.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
