ESA stopped. Can't get through to DWP

yeah, if i want to be more positive of a not massive wait then i get up early to ring them at 8am, can usually get through with out much problem.

i rang them in the afternoon one time and waited 40minutes before i gave up.

their choice of on hold classical music, especially through a mono telephone speaker, is very annoying!!!

Yes. Out of the hundreds of thousands of people on ESA, they select a few numbers to ignore.

Especially when they see a number belonging to someone making snide remarks about them on at least three different threads on MSE. :rotfl:
