yeah, if i want to be more positive of a not massive wait then i get up early to ring them at 8am, can usually get through with out much problem.
i rang them in the afternoon one time and waited 40minutes before i gave up.
their choice of on hold classical music, especially through a mono telephone speaker, is very annoying!!!0 -
Sounds to me like they were deliberately choosing not to answer your calls.Why would they do that?Yep they have a list of numbers set to ignore!
