I'm not 100% sure as our old scale overweighed, but it wasn't far off 10 stone. Let's say:
Heaviest: 9 St 12
Lightest: 7 St 11 (High raw food)
Ideal: 8 St 3 (what I would like to weigh, but am currently only a pound or two off my heaviest )
Realistic goal: 8 St 9
Height: 5'5", Age: 44

Ah, and I was just not replying because they sounded like someone showing off that they hadn't been overweight and looking to get an ego boost by getting lots of people to confess to being overweight so they could feel superior!
