Quoting weights without height is pretty pointless IMHO.

I'm six four but still short for my weight. :p

11st 4lb due to taking Pregabalin , which was discontinued because of this side effect.

I now waver between 9st 10lb and 10st 2lb, but could go lower with more exercise, which I find difficult.

I am having this issue with gabapentin currently which o can't cope without as I have very bad sciatica and nerve damage due to spina bifida and the surgery for it making it worse than ever :(

Most I was was nearly 13 stone when I came out of hospital from having spinal surgery (couldn't exercise and ballooned even though wasn't eating and was very sick due to a spinal fluid leak, constantly vomiting, had been lying flat for a month, most of it was water weight and all the drugs I'd been given... I was like a puffer fish :rotfl: ) I was 12 before I went in.

I had my surgery in 2014 and I'm now 11 stone as I can exercise again and lost the 2 stone last year, trying to shift the pounds, however I was then put on gabapentin, I'm on the exercise bike daily but doctor says the reason my scale won't shift downwards (it's not going upwards it just stays exactly the same which I guess is better than it going up) is the gabapentin. She said if I wasn't exercising I would have put on weight from the drugs.

We are now trying me on a different drug but she's warned it could make me sick and if I can't tolerate it will have to go back on the Gabapentins. I'm really hoping it will do the job and then hopefully the scales might go downwards a little.

Very frustrating when I'm exercising till I'm dripping wet with no scale change :(
