iSmart/RBS PPI claim

Hi all,
A few week ago, I turned to iSmart to help claim my PPI refunds.
A week after I sent the signed forms back to iSmart, I received 4 letters directly from RBS with 4 different amounts for 4 different accounts I've had. I accepted their offer, signed the form & returned it to RBS. Within a week, RBS deposited the money directly into my account.
While I was waiting on my money being deposited, I received letters from iSmart showing the same amounts that RBS offered & their charges.
As I accepted the offers directly from RBS, do I need to pay the iSmart charges?

The Bank always pays the proceeds direct to the customer. Any money you owe to a Claims Company is your own responsibility, not the Banks.
You've signed a legally binding contract with this company, refusal to pay them will result in debt collectors and ultimately court action..0 -
Ok, thanks. I didn't know if payment came from iSmart or the bank directly so was unsure if they still required payment. Will pay them when I get home.0
