Cahoot Flexible Loan Insurance

Hi, sorry if a similar question has been asked but I cannot find one that helps.
I had a couple of Cahoot loans around 2002/2003 for a car and also had my own business.
I remember being told I had to have their Flexible Loan Insurance because it covered a number of things such as unemployment and was necessary even though I told them I was self employed and thought it would not help me in my circumstances.
A number of years ago I wrote to Cahoot but received a letter from Santander telling me they could find no evidence of me ever being a customer and they needed an account number which is something I no longer have.
I have just found on an old PC hard drive some images I made of the payments section of their web site indicating my balance, dates payments were made and interest charged but these were cut and cropped into a file and do not contain an account number.
For example, I know on 15/08/2002, I owed £4532.55, I paid £32.55 for the insurance and had debit interest at 007.7200% charged which equated to £20.93. The next shows I paid £200 on 30/08/02 bringing the balance owed down to £4353.48 and then paid £31.55 on the 15/09/2002 for the stupid Insurance and £29 interest to bring it to £4414.03.....and so on
Does anyone know if this is a dead duck or whether I can still attempt to claim the Flexible Loan Insurance back?
Thanks,
Dave

If you still don't have an account number, and the Bank have already stated that they cannot find you without it, how has anything changed from the earlier position?0
