PPI paid direct to receiver

Options
I was owed a repayment from Lloyds bank, but it was sent direct to the receiver. My bankruptcy has been cleared for about 4 years, and I have paid everything I was asked to pay, so I am not sure why this happened. I have written to the receiver, twice, at the address I was given, asking them to explain, but they have not replied. Where can I find out this information?

The rules state that if you went bankrupt then any refund of PPI for premiums paid prior to bankruptcy should be made to the OR and not to you. The OR will then distribute them to the creditors that were left unpaid through your bankruptcy.

Where amounts/assets obtained from you were used to reduce debts and agreed settlements took place, you still dont get the money as the creditors are entitled to the amounts they had previously written off.

Bankrupts don't receive the proceeds of PPI complaints, they are pre-bankruptcy assets which go to the Official Receiver for redistribution to your former creditors.
