I went for an intolerance test today in Oswestry and the results were very interesting . I have too much acid as in acid reflux which I did consider as it mimics feeling hungry all the time.

The things I need to avoid for two to three months to get them out of my system are tomatoes and sauce, lemons and oranges, vinegar, all cokes apart from Coke life, and some things I don't eat anyway. Also I was intolerant to pork and bacon my favourite meats wouldn t you know, ham all all cured meats.

I am pleased to see I wasn t intolerant to wheat, dairy so can have a piece of cake or achocolate if I wish. I need to take vitamin c and I'm low in iron so,have ordered what she recommended from Amazon.

I'm glad I've had it done and after the two to three months I can reintroduce some once every three days or so. She said no wonder I was feeling tired all the time. She also said I should eat more which surprised me. :)

Can I ask what weights you used?

I think I used 5kg Dumbbells from Sports direct but gave them away some time ago so not entirely sure. I've moved on from them and now use a barbell but they did work fantastic if you stick to the little routine every other day. Sports direct have Dumbbells from 0.5 kg so I suggest maybe going in and picking them up to see which feels manageable. My friend went for the 2kg I think but didn't stick at it. I'm really gutted I can't find the routine I used although I do know it was from women's health magazine. I think sticking with it is the key to getting the results :) Hth xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Been for x ray on my foot, told me to ring GP tomorrow, so annoying they won't tell you if anything wrong, it's your own foot!!!!!
