Everyone is individual, the weight that someone else uses probably won't be suitable for you. You want a weight that you can complete the required amount of sets and reps with proper form. The last few reps should be a struggle, when they aren't you need to increase weight. Using heavy weights will NOT make you bulky.

It's also important to remember that everyone has different starting points and therefore might take longer (or shorter) to see results. Personally I'd never work the same muscle groups two day running.

Good morning Nanny, and thank you. I am very proud of her, it isn't something I could have done, no way, no how.

She paid extra to get a DVD of it all, I was shocked later when I saw her in close-up exiting the plane as you can clearly see the ground below and how high up they are (3 miles apparently.)

It was a very odd sensation after the plane took off, waiting and watching for the skies to return my child to me. The plane was so high it was invisible at that point, then slowly little dots appeared...

Check which flavours as each store has different flavours in their offer.
