Im sorry but this is the closest I can find for now. I used just 4 exercises too. I really wanted to find the programme I did but cannot find it anywhere online now and I'm not very good at explaining the exercises. So hope this helps xx

Back home again now after what feels like a whirlwind weekend.

Very proud of DD's skydive. She booked and paid for the entire skydive herself, then she decided to put herself up for sponsorship and has raised over £400 for a children's charity plus another 100 or so in gift aid, so well done her.

Results from her A shop yesterday, apg £1.51 v W, and lucky to get that considering what the SA did.

    1x Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge Cereal Bars (5X19G) £1.50 £1.99
1x Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell Cereal Bars (5X19G) £1.50 N/A
    1x ASDA Fat Free Rhubarb & Vanilla Bigpot Yogurt (450G) £0.90 N/A
    2x Alpen Light Banoffee Cereal Bars (5X19G) £3.00 N/A
10x Muller Light Smooth Toffee Fat Free Yogurt (175G) £6.80 £5.18
1x ASDA Chosen By Kids Easy Peasy Peelers (500G) £1.00 £1.50
    2x Alpen Light Jaffa Cake Bars (5X19G) £3.00 N/A
    1x ASDA Fresh Milk Whole (1PT) £0.45 £0.49
Comparison total (compared products only) £9.75 £9.16

Who knows....but I think it did frighten him a little...he's quite competent going to parties but previously has only stuck with his bottles of beer and to that point he knows his limits.....purple stuff from a punchbowl is clearly throws it into a different ball game!

He doesnt remember being bought home and at this stage I dont even think he remembers giving us the passcode for his mobile phone either!

he was totally out of it...and I think at first he didnt have much appreciation for the situation other than he was in his mind ok...but now perhaps he's had time to reflect and its sunk in what we have said to him about it and the fact he obviously needed to be collected...he's perhaps starting to understand he needs to judge limits better.

and no there wont be a repeat next week or the week after....he's into exams from next Wednesday and even he knows he needs to be focused on that.

all part of growing up....but it was one thing that I thought perhaps we were going to bypass seen as things had gone ok until now ....but I guess many people have had similar experiences and can remember their first major hangover
