Well, I think it is £1.20 off the £4, so £2.80 for both??

Evening all! Hope everyone is keeping safe and dry in this weird weather. Hugs to those who need them, it's been a difficult few days from what I've seen. Hopefully it's calmed down a bit now. It's hard not to take the bait but then it's just giving satisfaction to the troublemakers...

Having seen lots of cruise talk on here (:o:p:D) I'm hoping for some pointers. Looking at a specific P&O cruise, like the look of a deluxe balcony or a suite as its a special treat for a celebration, but I have no idea how to get the best price and as many added extras as possible. I've only been on a 2-night cruise which was booked by my friend for her hen do, and hubby has never been on one at all. Should we go for the 'select' price with onboard spend or the 'saver' rate? I'm guessing booking direct online isn't the best way to go, regardless of the 4% cash back. I've no idea if the extra things like the shuttle buses are worth paying the higher price for the 'select', and I'd like wifi but can't see it as an option, so any help gratefully accepted! :o

Also, I'm crossing my fingers for lots of coupons between now and then, I'll need them to pay for this! :rotfl:

    Good afternoon

My sister and bil are finally home from Portugal.
He spent 12 nights in hospital in total and had a three hour op to remove his gall bladder. It was gangrenous.

They can't fault the insurance company. They arranged everything including an extra seat on the plane.Wheelchairs and a taxi home.

They are really glad to be home.

So glad that they are back and everything was dealt with so efficiently :j

Just popping in quickly to let you all know I'm having a few days off. Been at the hospital all afternoon, my doc gave me antibiotics as I have another chest infection

I've had several test done today as doc isn't 100% sure that it's a chest infection as I wasn't coughing. However, I am now. She us more concerned that it might be something else :(

Can't sleep, can't be bothered with anything :(

Oh no AJ, you've been through so much. Hope you feel better soon pet

    Happy Birthday strewth

I picked up Millie new meds today, it sachets of liver supplement powder to put over her food. also got print out of her last blood tests. Showing 'high' figures - 7.9 against 0.1 to 5.0 for fasting test, and 13.9 against 0.1 to 10.0 for post fatty meal test. "Post prandial bile acids at the level are not suggestive of significant hepatic function impairment" which I read as she is clear of tumours or liver fairure :D
