Also thanks for the salmon at Farmfoods at 99p you brought over, managed to get last one today. Well worth 99p. there were 5 packs inside packet - 2 for hubby, one for me for lunch, and one each for the cats :rotfl:
Also thanks for some of the cheap things to look out for at the Co-op you brought over. I actually found some stuff in one today and did very well, because as well as end of line products, they are closing down soon and had loads of stuff reduced. Lots had gone but there were some good reductions on Co-op own brand stuff :T

Afternoon ladies and gents. Not popped in for a while so thought seeing as it's my Birthday would come and say hello. All fairly quiet here after a very soggy week away in France last week in a very musty old cottage where the leccy kept tripping out...not fun!

My sister and bil are finally home from Portugal.
He spent 12 nights in hospital in total and had a three hour op to remove his gall bladder.It was gangrenous.
They can't fault the insurance company.They arranged everything including an extra seat on the plane.Wheelchairs and a taxi home.
They are really glad to be home.
Thank goodness they are back safely, such a stressful time for your family. Bil was lucky in a way as it doesn't bare thinking about what the outcome could have been XThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Just popping in quickly to let you all know I'm having a few days off. Been at the hospital all afternoon, my doc gave me antibiotics as I have another chest infection :eek:
I've had several test done today as doc isn't 100% sure that it's a chest infection as I wasn't coughing. However, I am now. She us more concerned that it might be something else
Can't sleep, can't be bothered with anything There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
