I have been on a recce to C00p and no sign of reductions in my larger store. May be smaller stores or regional only?

Wonders never cease ... I have received letters from H4lifax to say that the kids regular savers will be maturing shortly ... and they will auto renew unless I tell them otherwise . Now that wasn't difficult was it H4lifax ...? I have been querying why I needed to traipse into branch to renew for years. Finally some common sense banking :)!

Apparently my saver autorenewed. Shame they didn't explain that though, and their call centre staff don't seem to know that either. The interest rate dropped to zero when the balance transferred out. Little did I know that it would go back to 2% automatically as soon as I transferred money in.

Does anyone have any cunning plans on how to convert Arg0s vouchers back to cash please, without losing on the conversion through fees?

I have quite a few from various deals that I could do with converting back to cash ,as I seem to recall they start taking a fee after a certain amount of time (heads off to check).

    Many thanks

3 v used to be a route but that ended. You can still get Visa but they have fees.do you get the free £5 or £10 voucher when buying cards (and paying with a giftcard)? That could be an option, as the bonus voucher would cover the fees.

An alternative could be buying something like Now TV boxes and selling the vouchers/boxes on eBay.

No sunburn here :D P20 is fabulous stuff but we had to use so much of it

    :hello:

Thank you - and everyone else :) I've not caught up on what I've missed. I tried to log in while I was there but kept getting "access denied"

We had the most amazing time :D the wedding was lovely :D

We went to Blizzard Beach. That was great. Nowhere else on the planet could I walk around in my swimming cossie and not think twice about it. Went on a few water rides :D

Magic Kingdom was good but it was too hot and too crowded. It was supposed to be an open til close day but we just didn't have the legs for it. We did both go on splash mountain though which happened to earn the kids $50 each because there was a bet that MG wouldn't go on it and they won :rotfl::D

Friday we had a rest day as it had been full on since we arrived and we needed it. Friday evening we went to universal city walk and ordered the biggest hot dog we'd ever seen - needless to say it didn't all get eaten :rotfl: we :rotfl: at the irony of being in the Bob Markey restaurant and them playing UB40 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Saturday we hit universal studios. OMG, that place was awesome! We did the minions 3D ride and the Simpsons one too and had pics with a few characters. We were walking round like :D at everything we saw there. For us, Universal blew Disney away :D:j

Sunday was another rest day of sorts. We went on the I-ride trolley. There was a freaks and geeks convention going on and people were going in fancy dress - there was a five foot bunny on the trolley at one point :rotfl: then we went to the other end of international drive and went shopping :D here is where my elite training came in and I was in my element. I had to stop shopping because of the weight limit of my case :rotfl: which turned out it never got weighed because we got checked in on the upper class line at the airport :D

That's a brief outline of the holiday. Absolutely amazing :D we have already decided that we'd both go back, which is a miracle for MG who never wanted to go in the first place :rotfl:

Asbo cat was waiting on a wall across the road when we got back. She hasn't left my side since :) yesterday afternoon we had a little kip on the sofa. I've just got up after sleeping for 12 hours solid

So pleased that all went ok and you both enjoyed yourselves. :T
I much prefer US to Disney. I am not a 'rider' (no comment there, please Dotty) but love the atmosphere, shows etc but particularly enjoy MIB. Was quite pleased with myself for getting 440k plus. :o (my family think that I am useless at this sort of stuff) DS only just beat me, much to his shame. :rotfl:
DGD has just been and told her that she had to beat my score without telling her what it was.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Had text report of her score each time she went. :D Wasn't till the last day that she got 440.5K that I told her that she may have beat me but I wanted proof ;)- photo of her score as I had one of mine. :D Bless her, my DD wouldn't let her take her phone on the ride incase she dropped it. She was mortified, but told me that she really got that score, she wouldn't lie to me. :T
I told her that she'd done well. She was pleased. Never had the heart to tell her that I got 440.99k. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
