Had a lovely walk over the woods this morning:D

Came in and caught up on the neglected gardening, strawberries are coming along nicely, gooseberries are quite big and there will soon be another crop of rhubarb

I would guess I have about 3 days of decorating left, might be a bit more because we have to treat the bathroom ceiling with some peel stop stuff, but that will be that for a while, cant wait

Of course then we have to replace the doors, and I can get the blinds on order once we have some more samples through. I will post a picture of my window behind the boxed in stink pipe when I have the old blind down, you can see why i curse it so then:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

OH and AJ, there is a good reason why I crack on with the decorating - it is the only way it gets done. I stripped the wallpaper in our room when we first moved in and waited for OH to paint it. After about 9 years in gave up and did it myself:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Unfortunately it turned out i was quite good at it.

We do think of our missing crew, it is like a sanctuary here that people can come and go from as they please, a good old fashioned hotel california.
