    Morning tweets:)

I was up and out at about 5.30 and it was glorious. But we now have thick cloud and sea fret descending on us:o

I'm looking at making a huge chicken and leek pie today ...off to look at a couple of recipes....I'm thinking of a mustard sauce to go with it:)

Morning everyone DD has left me 3 huge loads of washing to do as their washing machine has finally given up. Annoying as they live in a rented house so they have to wait while Letting agent sorts it out.

First they have to wait for 2 days for a repair man to come - who then confirms its a write off. Now they have to wait for the Installation chap to come with a new machine but apparently he is on 2 weeks leave. DD said she is fed up renting now but as they are paying £1400 a month they are trapped from saving enough for a deposit even though they both have well paid jobs.

Just hope the weather holds so I can get it dried for her - ironing will be down to the pair of them unless of course Bubbs wants to help out:rotfl:

    Have a good one x

    Good Morning TrulyMadly

Hope you enjoy your pie ;)

Mum and 2 mates from flats plus a coach load from local newspaper are descending up the North East tomorrow.
They off to Bridlington for the day.

Bridlington is well south of us tweets but that's probably for the best as she might get some sunshine:rotfl:
