In the ex netto I got Orange and Mint Penguins for 52p a pack.

Also found in small superstore cadbury's choc fingers, peanut flavour and white chocolate at 30p, McVities BN Raspberry and the Chocolate Flavoured Sandich bics, Ryvita thins flatbreads (only tomato and Herbs left), Nice creams 13p, Malted Milk Creams Cadbury's Brunch bars (6x pack) at 37p.

Also there has been a gift wrapped box of Thorntons Continentals rtc to £3.00 in both my locals, date 31.7. Today these were reduced to £2.00.

Loads of empty space on shelves but worth a look if passing an Asda.

Oh and Miltons Multi-Grain crackers 67p - TM I think you like these ?

The Thirntons were reduced to £1.50 in my local the other day, lovely they were too. Shame dh only bought me one box, when he went back they had all gone :( :rotfl: :rotfl:

Of course, although I've said that things are considered regardless of the circumstances (or "context") and then pointed to another area of society - the Ofcom Broadcasting Code where some material has to be "justified by the context" - my argument then, in relation to the Broadcasting Code, is why does it have to be "justified by the context"? So, even if circumstances (context) were taken into account, I'd then be asking why? Why do you take account of the circumstances? Why aren't people free to just say whatever?

Anyway, as regards justifications by context, if I am caused offence, I'm usually caused offence regardless of any context at all since I'm "context-blind" - and it's never ever "justified", regardless of what the "context" is (or what some organisation's opinion of what it thinks the context is) as there is never any justification in causing me offence. Causing me offence, full stop, is always unjustified and there is never any defence or justification by context or otherwise for it. The "context" is my own offence - the physical reaction something has caused me to have - and there is no other context in existence for me at all.

Anyway, hello folks, nice to see you, good day! I'm not moaning, honest:rotfl:.

(Me being caused offence doesn't happen very often these days, although it was a regular, frequent, extremely often and persistent thing several years ago, from which I am still trying to recover. All from things that were never seen fit to be warned about (even if I elsewhere challenge the necessity of warnings in any event) and which I couldn't reasonably avoid as part of trying to go about my normal life. I never have any problems with things that they warn about and would not have done so even if they had omitted to give a warning:rotfl:.)

DH says he doesn't want to go to cinema now, had planned to go tomorrow but after failing to find something to replace what I originally wanted to see he says no :(

I think I'll open a bottle of wine tonight to enjoy whilst watching BGT final :)

Is it time for a coffee now? Yes, I think it is :). Very quiet here, everyone out enjoying the weather and/or shopping no doubt :)

Had a good time in Wilko's today, picked up a couple of new door handles for the freshly painted wardrobe, thought they were a bit of a bargain at £1.49, went to pay and they wanted £6.99 each. I obviously mentioned that the relevant box had £1.49 on it, one of the SAs went to check, came back and said someone had swapped them all round and they were all in the wrong place. The upshot of it is i got some very nice handles for a bargain :D And I suspect someone has a job know their hands putting them all right again
