For the puddy cat folks, Gourmet Perle Double Delicacies 12x box reduced in some Asda stores to £2.00 from £4.97. This was in a small superstore. Unfortunately only empty space and SEL in my local and same in another superstore I went to, but they were only reduced yesterday apparently so worth keeping an eye out.

Edit: Had to edit puddy cat folks :D

Morning luvlies, will catch up later. Unsure if posted this morning already - my ex netto RTC the biscuit aisle - loads packs 13p upwards, bread sticks, crackers, lots savoury biscuits, ryvita thins etc

In the ex netto I got Orange and Mint Penguins for 52p a pack.

Also found in small superstore cadbury's choc fingers, peanut flavour and white chocolate at 30p, McVities BN Raspberry and the Chocolate Flavoured Sandich bics, Ryvita thins flatbreads (only tomato and Herbs left), Nice creams 13p, Malted Milk Creams 13p and Cadbury's Brunch bars (6x pack) at 37p.

Also there has been a gift wrapped box of Thorntons Continentals rtc to £3.00 in both my locals, date 31.7. Today these were reduced to £2.00.

Loads of empty space on shelves but worth a look if passing an Asda.

Oh and Miltons Multi-Grain crackers 67p - TM I think you like these ?

    Not to my knowledge, sorry.

The forum team act on the reports they receive and don't have the time or resources to read all of an individual's posts and look into the circumstances of the reports.

Oh, so they ignore the context of the post and the circumstances in which it was posted, which are the most important thing to determining whether something is "acceptable" or "appropriate" or not. Instead they concern themselves with the individual post and fail to address the circumstances, taking the post out of context. This is despite, in other areas of society, context apparently being the determining factor - such as in the Ofcom Broadcasting Code where "offensive" material has to be "justified by the context" (rule 2.3).

The only point I'm making here (lest the context be unclear) is that it is a revelation that the circumstances aren't taken into account (which is actually unpredictable and arbitrary as to when posts will be found acceptable and when they won't - it's not clear as to what standards are being applied and therefore impossible for people to alter their conduct so as to ensure they are complying with the rules) and all I'm saying is I find it interesting that circumstances aren't taken into account. Very interesting. Even though I acknowledge that this is not necessarily intentional but merely a consequence of the forum team not having time and resources.

It's interesting though - and I've concluded that, since it is unclear of precisely when it will be decided that the rules have been broken or when the rules will be applied and when they won't, since it apparently doesn't take any account of the circumstances, that, as usual in the neuro-typical society, the rules therefore aren't intended to be taken seriously at all:rotfl:, are contradictory and inconsistent (as usual with almost everything in the neutro-typical society) with other rules that purport to be applied (or are applied) in other parts of society and it's only the person with Asperger's that really considers the rules at all or is ever concerned in following them precisely and exactly and in every respect. No-one else ever ever complies with rules in our society that they (i.e. the people in society as a whole) purport apply. And people nearly always say one thing, as and do their rules, and then do another.

However, I'm theoretically context-blind anyway:rotfl: (as a person who has autism and therefore considers details and misses the gist or bigger picture, i.e. misses the context) so applying rules regardless of circumstance or context therefore will have no effect on me.

There is no rationale or logic to this. It could not be predicted in advance that the forum team doesn't consider circumstances just by looking at the rules and it's only you now that has opened up this revelation.

I am just musing though and not expecting a reply. I merely just find it interesting. The person with Asperger's does raise issues that "think outside the box" and challenge contemporary social conventions and does cause the rest of society to wonder and think about those issues.

I hope I'm not disruptive (I'm certainly not intending to be) and I hope I aren't a serious threat to moral standards - and I'm not intending to be provocative either although I'm sure I am (simply because of my what I foresee possibly to be an unusual, and therefore interesting, way of looking at things) but I also, admittedly, do enjoy somewhat putting these little quirks of argument in (in the sense of debate not being argumentative) - I do enjoy being a bit mischievous from time to time in a non-seriously unacceptable way (I think we all do!) - you can't "win" with me (not that anyone needs to win or that it is some sort of competition:rotfl:) as if you reply saying that's the way it is, then I'll say you're "shutting down the debate" and, if you entertain and get involved in it, then you're becoming entangled in something that, logically, only a person with Asperger's debate arguments can ever come out and win (since they are, I contend:rotfl:, logical and consistent throughout - possibly, maybe, maybe not:rotfl::rotfl:).

Anyway I only came in to see if there were any glitches and I'm going away now:rotfl::rotfl: - thank goodness:rotfl:.

    Thanks for posting Zippy. :A

This was tested yesterday, (Fri) but didn't work.
It showed on the apg, despite showing as unavailable. :(

Well maybe it had only just become "Unavailable" on a.com and was therefore still in the APG with mbuy pricing as the system had not updated. Now we've left it 24 hours - and there's been an update of A prices presumably - it might now work. No guarantees though:rotfl:.

It's no good spotting something on the day as unavailable, the very first day it's done so on a.com and jumping on it as the APG might still be on a.com of immediately before - may need to wait for the current a.com position to get into the APG if it's only just gone unavailable, literally on the day we first saw it, so with an update probably it's now done so.

Read ('red') or read ('reed')? I think you mean "[red]" but, as usual, if there's a little ambiguity...;)

this really isn't a good idea because that sort of information is frequently used as security checks and as such could be used by fraudsters. Please exercise caution in what you post on a public forum.

Correct. Although I don't need to post this or say so, and I'm being a bit mischievous in doing so:rotfl:. Some of the answers on the recent list I've considered whether to answer because, combined with other information previously posted over time, they could identify me.

Hopefully I'm still fairly anonymous enough:rotfl:.

EDIT: Although the fact that something is, or is claimed to be, not a "good" thing never impresses me:rotfl:. What do you mean by "good"? Why is it not "good"? Etc. etc.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: But, yeah, posting maiden names isn't good. (Whatever that means:rotfl::rotfl:). Anyway, it's not a "fact" (contrary to what I've said) but is merely an opinion. But, on this occasion, I share your opinion:cool:.

Good Morning Everyone, your thread looks loads of fun can I join you please? I don't have much to bring to the table as I unfortunately live miles and miles away from the nearest Asda, but I do have a Tesco and Morrison's not too far away am more than happy to be a glitch tester.

Yes of course you can:). Can you go and check your Morrisons for anything I might have missed:rotfl:.

Regarding the results of your shop, you can edit a post if it hasn't posted the information in a good way (there we go again: that word - "good":rotfl:), however it's alright as you've told us the gist of what you posted anyway:T.
