    :(

latest reply from LA regarding washed out pillow case

I have checked on the order and the notes from the QA department are
    - As no Proof Of Purchase was provided, and pillowcase did not
have a Laura Ashley care label, we were unable to justify the complaint.
Unfortunately we are unable to help any further with this matter.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Did they actually read the notes, I stated there was no receipt & no labels & they asked me to return it....

I can confirm that T wine IS NOT picking up the Sainsbob buy 6 save 25%.. Not that I expected it to. I'll try to post results late.

On the plus side there is a wine in the Finest meal deal that is also getting the Tesco 25% discount. La Folie Douce S Blanc so gives an extra 1.25 back. It's not brand matching anywhere but makes the meal deal £8.75 instead of £10. I put it with 6 that matched against A to get 6+ bottles.

if you go to TCB and then through to magazines.direct there is a weekly deal - initially I had an email from them but fortunately I remembered to go to TCB first to see if the same offer was online and it is :T

the weekly offer is for a Amateur Gardening subscription £13.44 so it works out at £1.05 an issue which is not too bad. I think subscribers might also get the freebie seeds but I don't know for sure about this - if so its an added bonus

when your first payment goes out of your bank make a note of 28 days later on the calendar and within that time you should get a £10 Marks gift voucher :j - I don't know if its a physical card or an e voucher.

always useful to have a Marks gift card in readiness.

you get more cashback if you opt for digital edition rather than the hard copy but then you wont get the free seeds (and you cant do your good deed for the day by leaving your magazine in the docs waiting room)

already for me on TCB the cashback is showing as £5.50 payable in six weeks (so don't cancel your subscription until you have your Marks gift card and also your cashback has gone into the payable column.

with these types of offers you have to be very disciplined about putting reminder dates on your calendar for when to cancel, with this one there is an email address to contact and I also message my bank as well to tell them I've cancelled.
if you know that you are fluffy headed and forgetful then however tempting the offer just don't do it.

so £13.44 for which you get a mag subscription possibly with free seeds,£5.50 cashback and a £10 Marks gift card :T

I've got a Yorkshire Bank account which I switched a dormant nationwide account to and it needs 2 DDs. I set it up with 2 of those cheap mag ones but one is due to be cancelled very shortly so I needed a replacement so this offer is just perfect.

A doobie is exotic tobacco (ask your kids)
Come to think of it a telephone box is probably bigger than the cubicle on a plane so kudos to TM.

    Good Morning :)

Very cold and persisting it down here :(

I googled to see what doobie meant
and I found a garden centre and an American rock group the doobie brothers so I am no nearer
For you tweets, I didn't know what it was either:(
