Just back from T wine shop.
I expected the shelves to be empty as usual but they have hardly been touched. What's happening?

Anyway nothing that anyone hasn't already posted...thanks to all the testers and posters. Such a help when you are late in from work and just need an easy shop to copy.

The lady on the till behind me was stuffing countless green and pink dressing gowns into carriers and commenting on the good price but I didn't have the energy to walk upstairs and check it out.

No weetabix for me as I've been in the other direction today:o

But the good news is that I've lost half a pound. :j So just had chicken Kiev, wedges and salad finished off with a big chunk of birthday cake:T

Interesting that so many of us have been on TV/in the paper. We're famous (or infamous)
Also clearly lots of interesting stories behind those little crosses. There's something on that list we hope to do for our silver wedding anniversary next year, I might have to pick some elite brains a bit nearer the time

That is a great idea, and I'm glad its been helpful to you. Although my friend could talk to me about anything, and we really did, I still couldn't begin to put myself in her situation. As hers was a fairly unusual cancer too it would have been useful for her I think to have been able to speak to someone else in the same boat.

Ladyshopper, I mean this in the nicest possible way, I love the way you've joined the posts together. Dotty thinks that I have a weird sense of humour. joking aside, I think that it's a brilliant idea to match up people that are going through the same sort of stuff as they know exactly how they feel. Hopefully, both will benefit from the experience.
