Good Afternoon. Did my 30 lengths swimming this morning then met up,with Nellie in a Costa :). Had a good chat. We are going to Blackpool for the day the week after half term on the train so if anyone is near and wants to meet up please mention it lol.

After drinking mainly water for two weeks I have to report how delicious a drink of carrot juice is for a change lol. It's such a job finding drinks especially without citric acid in.
Hi emerald, was great to have a catch up again. I got the trousers from Asda Living btw :)

How are you ? was thinking about you the other day

    I'm good thanks :)

I have got back into running after winter illness and I'm feeling really well for it. Managed my first 10k this month and am also improving my 5k time. Can't believe this time last year i'd not long started the C25K.

Smallest DS starting school in September so trying to make the most of the afternoons whilst I have him after preschool still :)

    Hope that you are ok?
