My friends husband was allowed home today after open heart surgery:T but he does have fluid on the lungs, thought they would have kept him personally :cool:

DD's company car has had to be replaced, so while she waits for her new one, she's driving around in an Elite one. No, not mine, a brand new Astra Elite. (I personally think she should swap cars with me, but she's being resistant.)

DGD told me this morning she doesn't much like going to church, so I asked why, and she said 'Because you go in and then you have to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait.'

So I said 'Wait for what?' and she said 'To be let out again.' :rotfl:

I've had some bad news today.
My sister and her hubby are a couple of old crocs(not my description but theirs).He had a knee replacement about 6 months ago and she has crohns decease and has had hip replacement which has upset her back.

Anyway they flew out to portugal on tuesday and he has been ill all week.Finally ending up in hospital with gall stones and an infected gall bladder.

My sister is not used to coping on her own and is in a bit of a state so has asked my other sister to fly out there.So she is now looking for a flight.It would happen when they are out there.:(

Sorry to read this sal, hope that he will be ok. It must be so stressful for your sister on her own. Fingers crossed that other sister gets a flight soon without a holdup and that brother in-law makes a speedy recovery X
