Muscular aches and stiff joints, was recommended to me when my back went into severe spasm. The oil allows you to massage revelant area as well and it's the quickest way to deliver magnesium to body.

Got the allotments to sort out today then tomorrow it'll be doing the little last.minute stuff before we head to our hotel at Gatwick tomorrow night.

Morning all,
For people with a waitrose card, if you add lurpack 500g tubs to my picks they work out to £2.70 for 2 tubs. I know this isn't mega cheap but was happy with my self finding this as I'm new to waitrose card.
