A question please. Could someone tell me what sort of things this magnesium oil is good for, as I know someone who it could be good for, obviously depending on what it is for. Many thanks.

Muscular aches and stiff joints, was recommended to me when my back went into severe spasm. The oil allows you to massage revelant area as well and it's the quickest way to deliver magnesium to body.

Remember if you do buy Mullers to claim your 25p on Shopit (4 flavours only - Banana flakes, Digestive Balls, Vanilla Balls, Toffee Hoops).

When I claimed the muller it was added as £0.00. I contacted them and they are sending me a cheque for 25p! Their system must be very poor if they can't just add it on to your balance.

As we are not supposed to give medical advice on here, I thought a good place to look would be Wikipedia

    Morning all,

For people with a waitrose card, if you add lurpack 500g tubs to my picks they work out to £2.70 for 2 tubs. I know this isn't mega cheap but was happy with my self finding this as I'm new to waitrose card.

P.s sorry if this has already been mentioned

Thanks fernie, that is great x
