Josie if it was at my house you can get the train from Chester you just have to change at moorfields. If we made it for a Thursday you could visit the market too.
Thank you di, I drive so would be easier than train, i'ts about an hour & 20 mins so not too bad and could give someone a lift if required. I used to drive to Preston a lot when son was at uni there but now seems miles away! Market sounds good.
