Thanks for bringing this over to the elite. I just skimmed the thread and assumed it was for new accounts. Just checked BOS home page and yes we do need 2 dds from september. Oh well Mr. T. you may not be good for whoopsies anymore but at least you still help me out with my banking.

Most of the other banks have introduced DDs for new accounts only so this is a little annoying.

Yes. Ours came last week and I've put it away safely.:)
I think the whole process took about a month hg

Have you had your security pass yet?

It came soon after we received ours
