Hi
I have received an PCN from VCS at the weekend however one of the letters of my car reg has been referenced incorrectly on the PCN.
i have read through the Newbies post and understand that i should send the letter template after 3 weeks, however i just wanted peoples view with regards to the incorrect data (reg) on the ticket.
Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

It is suspected that putting an incorrect VRN on a PCN is done deliberately by the PPC in the hope motorists will contact them and give away the drivers' details.
Just follow the NEWBIES process exactly as described, sending the IPC template as close to the 28 day appeal limit as possible. Online around day 26 or by post from a Post Office (first class with a free proof of posting) around day 22.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You are correct if VCS = Vehicle Control Services. However if VCS = Vehicle Control Solutions then you need the BPA template. That's the problem with posters not putting the full name in their posts.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
