Car Insurance - Named driver accidents, does the policy holder have to declare?

A named driver on my policy has had 2 accidents, 1 at fault and 1 not at fault (only claimed against 1). I am currently changing insurer and getting some quotes. I understand that my NCD has been affected but do I have to declare both of the accidents on a new policy? The named driver who had the accidents will not be on the new policy. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Any claims on the policy holders insurance have to be declared when applying for new cover, the policy is yours it does not matter who was driving.
Why post this again when you have already had the answer here:-

Thank you for your reply. So does that mean I only have to declare the 1 accident that was claimed against?0

Assuming you told the insurance about both accidents, which according to the terms of most policies you should have done even if you did not claim for one both should be declared.0
