Help needed with Epson Printer

Can anyone please advise me what to do. Apparently I have tried to print too many copies and am now locked out of my Epson XP-450 printer.

The message comes up Printer error, switch off and switch back on but just keep getting same message all the time.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean Epson 405 series? Have you got the quantity set too high?

I really don't know what the setting is, have never tried to print so many pages before, 86, and have been advised that I am locked out, cant find a reset button and error message comes on immediately so cant access menu either, yes sorry its 405.

You need to cancel the print queue.

Thank you but have already done this several times now cannot get into the printer at all.

Turn off PC
Turn off printer
Disconnect both from each other
Go to bed

Try again tomorrow
