Increasing login time on Lloyds online account

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the settings on a Lloyds online account so it doesn't log us off so quickly when we are idle?
It drives me mad the amount of times I find I have been logged out in what feels like only about 10 minutes of not doing anything.

10 minutes of inactivity seems quite a long time to me, to be honest. My online banking tends to log me out after 3-5 minutes. Admittedly I generally check my statements on a daily basis so there's not too much to do but all the same, 10 minutes should be ample.0

Mine is a business account so I tend to have my bank account open on 1 monitor, my accounts software on another and can be doing various other things at the same time.
If the phone rings, by the time I get back to my bank account I'm often logged off

Do you have the option to download the transactions and put them in an Excel spreadsheet?
I doubt that many banks would be happy at extending the timeout beyond 10 minutes.0 -
Ten minutes is about the standard time for all banks, in my experience.0

Looks like 10 mins is the maximum auto log off time, having checked my settings.
It's for your security after all, just keep an eye on the other screen as it gives you notice before it logs you off, you can then click continue before it does.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
