Yes it is when applied neat that's the point. It's actually a stump killer in that form, go back and read the instructions.
Ok, to be honest it will not knock back the Ivy to the roots for the simple reason that you will not be able to spray/smear more than say 10% of the plant, BUT, my point is that it will knock it back to the boundary and that's what matters.
What if it kills the lot, :beer::j, job done and no one will ever know, why so many pedantic analists here, get it done. The cost of 1 Ivy is????I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
